Twooh Two is Washignton D.C.—the nation’s capital and the heart of the DMV, a region shaped by a culture all its own.
I was born and raised in the Two during the ’90s. Though it’s home to the president of the United States, D.C. has a rich identity and history beyond its place in the national spotlight. DC African American culture is so rich and deep, it was once considered Chocolate City, and it holds stories, traditions, and communities that deserve to be seen in all their colors- from Go-Go Music, our own genre of music, to our own signature sauce, even our style and the way we dress is so unique, our story must be told!
Through apparel and other forms of art, my goal is to celebrate the city and its people—the good, the bad, and even the ugly. Twooh Two is more than a clothing brand; it’s a way to show love for the entire DMV. Every time you wear one of our pieces, you help put on for home and give back to our community!
