These Twooh Two "Chocolate City" Joogers represents the history of Washington DC with its Chocolate City theme. The District of Columbia, the capitol of the most powerful nation in the world, was once referred to as Choclolate City because its population was mostly African American for a long period of time. In fact, in 1957 DC was the first City in the United States to be majority black. Feel like a part of history everytime you wear them!
